This report from Bermondsey's Beer Mile, looking at the difficult decision facing the owners of these companies, in the wake of the successes of firms like Brewdog, Four Pure and so on.

Are there substantial economies of scale in the sector? Yes. But to what extent does growth come with attendant risks.
