Against the grain - a UK tech business on the acquisition path

This is an unusual merger story in that a UK tech firm, Micro Focus is crossing the pond to buy HP Enterprises in an $8.8bn (£6.6bn) deal. In the recent past, most mergers involving UK tech firms has seen them being swallowed up by foreign rivals, such as ARM.
