ABOUT THIS SIMULATION

Students manage a snack-business product range and decide how to treat products in different Boston Matrix categories: stars, cash cows, question marks and dogs. The game asks them to invest, maintain, harvest or withdraw support, showing how cash flow, market growth and market share influence marketing decisions. It is especially useful for building evaluative discussion.
