Tracking Provenance using Blockchain Technology

For many consumers, the provenance of the products they buy is an increasingly important non-price factor influencing the choices they make in markets.

This is especially true of food and drink products but also of clothing and many other goods and services that involve complex vertical supply chains from around the world. This BBC video looks at the growth of the UK business Provenance which tracks the source of food using blockchain technology.
