Play-Doh began life in the post-depression 1930s as a wall cleaner. Nintendo began life as a playing card company way back in the 1880s. Two of ten great examples of business pivots over the years.

The blog comes from Steve Glaveski, CEO and Co-Founder of Collective Campus and Founder of the Lemonade Stand. The link is courtesy of our good friend Tim Harford whose new book "Fifty Things that Made the Modern Economy" is a terrific read as the summer holidays arrive.
