Here is one of my all-time favourite video clips for business studies, featuring one of my business heroes - Herb Kelleher.

Herb who? You might not have heard of Herb Kelleher. However, I highly recommend that you take a little time to find out more about him and the business he founded - Southwest Airlines. It is a fantastic example of a business which has identified organisational culture as a source of sustainable competitive advantage.
