ABOUT THE SIMULATION

Students lead TechForward PLC, a listed UK technology manufacturer with 500 employees. Across several quarters, they make decisions that affect shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, the community and government. The gameplay shows that stakeholder decisions rarely please everyone and that a plc must balance short-term performance, ethical responsibility and long-term reputation.
