For the Chi-Squared test to be significant the calculated value of Chi (3.97) must be equal to or greater than the critical value of Chi (3.84). As the calculated value of Chi (3.97) is greater than the critical value (3.84) the results of this test are significant at a p=0.05 level where df=1.
