Will Northern Ireland's devolution be suspended?

The fragile power-sharing agreement between unionists and nationalists in the Northern Ireland Assembly is close to breaking down completely; Theresa Villiers, the Northern Ireland Secretary, is currently in Belfast to get negotiations between the two sides underway in an attempt to rescue devolution.
