Tragedy of the Commons - Over-harvesting hit Texas oysters

A good example here of the negative externalities of climate change and the problems associated with common access resources, with overfishing harming Texas oyster farmers. As a result, of the closure of a number of oyster reefs, the authorities drive a frenzy on the remaining reef, a classic example of the Tragedy of the Commons.
