Sweden leads the 2019 EU Innovation Rankings

The bulk of economic growth in advanced countries comes from generating, testing, introducing and applying commercially ideas at the cutting edge. Here is an interesting ranking on the supply-side of the EU economy.

Sweden, Finland, Denmark and the Netherlands have come top of the latest European Union Innovation Scorecard rankings for 2019. More details on the methodology can be found here.
The European Commission just released its 2019 Innovation Scorecard. The highlights? Europe has increased its innovation output by 8.8% and overtaken the USA in innovation.
