Plans to raise the minimum legal age for smoking to 21 years

Should the minimum legal age for buying cigarettes be raised to twenty-one years.

The Guardian carries an article that suggests that an independent review of the minimum smoking age is on the point of advocating raising the minimum age to 21, along with adopting other parts of New Zealand's radical anti-smoking agenda.
