CentrePiece brings together the latest CEP research in articles suitable for A-level students. Recent issues have included work on why immigration policy is hard(including the contrast between economists’ and non-economists’ thinking), the impact of food-delivery apps on house prices and Nobel laureate Philippe Aghion’s recommendation for a must-read paper.

CEP researchers are interested in questions about how to make our economy more productive in a fair, sustainable and inclusive way. Our work covers labour markets, trade, education, wellbeing, economic growth and economic geography and it is regularly covered by the BBC, Financial Times, Economist, Guardian and others.

The magazine and individual articles are available on our website. And as the centre has a commitment to promoting economics to young people from all backgrounds, we are also happy to CentrePiece magazine to teachers free of charge. Please note: this offer is for one copy per teacher and a school address is required.
