The tutor2u Economics team has been incredibly busy over the summer preparing, updating and refining resources to support teaching and learning for Edexcel Economics (A).

We have a brand new bank of Exam Shorts, focusing on infrequently-tested topics with up-to-date scenarios and contexts. You can still find Exam Shorts from previous years here. There's also a brand new set of full Practice Papers suitable for mocks during Year 13, as well as A-level style Practice Papers using content from only Themes 1 and 2.

To support those all-important quantitative skills, we've been working hard with a team of Principal Examiners to develop some high-quality quantitative MCQs - all sets come with fully explained answers. You can find our Year 1 micro set here, the Year 1 macro set here, and the full Year 2 (Year 13) set here. Last year, we also updated our Calculation Practice Book, updating data sets and adding in additional practice for those skills preferred by examiners.

The elves-behind-the-scenes remain busy developing our growing collection of Sims - you can test our current Sims out here. There are games focusing on the tragedy of the commons, diminishing returns, and market failure amongst others. Have fun with those while Examiner AI supports you with your marking.
