What has been happening to the price of wheat?

Using the Trading economics line chart (scroll down and click on 10Y one), do these data calculation questions:

  1. Identify two significant features of the trend in wheat prices since 2016.
  2. Calculate the percentage increase in the wheat price between 1st Sept 2025 and 7th Sept 2026 to one decimal place.
