How has electricity generation per person changed over time?

Using the Our World in Data chart, do these data calculation questions:

  1. Identify two significant features of the trend in electricity generation per person in the UK since 1920.
  2. Calculate the percentage change in electricity use per person between 2003 and 2025 and prove the headline that it ‘has fallen by a third from its early-2000s peak’.
