In this practical, data-focused activity, students analyse sales revenue from six Snack Shack stores across two UK regions. They calculate percentage increases, identify the fastest-growing store and compare regional sales performance. Students also work out average revenue per store, Bristol’s contribution to total sales and the company’s overall growth rate between two years. Finally, they apply a future growth target to calculate the sales revenue required in 2026, building confidence in interpreting business data and using calculations to support informed decision-making.
