Using detailed employee profiles, they match working arrangements to individual needs, justify spending decisions and balance flexibility with productivity, support and operational requirements. Teams then create a workplace plan covering benefits, drawbacks and budget use before pitching their proposal to the class, which votes on cost-effectiveness, realism, employee benefit and the strongest overall workplace solution.
