Bungled Bookmarks is an engaging and practical way of introducing the concept of job design and the influences on job design. It can also lead to a valuable discussion on motivation.

This is a highly kinaesthetic activity! you'll need

• Some paper

• A ruler

• A pencil and some felt tip pens/colouring pencils

• A hole puncher and treasury tag or a stapler

• A pair of scissors

• A copy of the Output Grid (from the download)
