Students become Mel Ted-Cheez, launching a gourmet toastie stand with £2,000 of personal savings. To win a place at a summer street-food festival, they must make pricing, cost and output decisions that help the business break even and generate profit. The game links fixed costs, variable costs, contribution and margin of safety to everyday choices.
