An interesting TUC reflection on the continued relevance of trade unions, and the need for young workers to join unions. The headline is a bit misleading: it should read "Unions need young workers more than ever".

However, over the course of the clip, it makes a case for trade unions and highlights some of their functions in the labour market, in negotiating pay and working conditions and protecting workers' rights.
