Here is a great chart to emphasise the importance of non-price competition in markets. Netflix ranks highly against their competitors in terms of service reliability, ease of use and quality of original content.

The rise to global prominence of Netflix is remarkable. The company added 19 million subscribers in 2016, 14 million of which outside its home market. International subscribers now account for 47 percent of Netflix’s subscriber base including the United Kingdom.
