Last week Louis Vuitton came together with with cult NY streetwear disruptive fashion label Supreme by dropping items for sale at seven pop-up shops around the world. The power of social media and the impact of scarcity bias led to thousands of shoppers queuing up to buy what was put in danger of sale.
