Inside Microsoft's AI research labs

BBC Newsnight is given special access to Microsoft's artificial intelligence labs in Redmond near Seattle. Senior executive Eric Horvitz says that they are betting the company on the future of AI.

Is it true that whoever controls the AI controls the future? There are many with serious misgivings about how businesses are harnessing big data for hyper targeting of select groups within communities and markets. Optimists belief it can revolutionise humanity.
