Apple's New Joint Venture in China Helps Overcome Tighter Legislation

Apple has entered into a joint venture in China to open a new data centre to serve iCloud users there.
The move follows the introduction of tighter cyber-security laws in China which require mobile device operators (amongst others) to host all user data in the country rather than outside.
