I really like the ALISON network, which provides a central "repository" for a huge range of free online learning courses in a hugely diverse array of subjects and levels. As well as using it as enrichment and extension material for students (especially in the sixth form), it provides a great range of free courses for teachers too - having additional short courses on a CV can really make a difference when it comes to applying for a new job.
