Church Connection
25th October 2019
Another article that could be used for the Beliefs in Society unit exploring how technology, such as social media could increase the number of people attending church.
The Church of England found that between 2017-2018, people accessing their social media feeds had risen significantly (from 1.2 million to 2.44 million).
Other strategies that the CofE believe could help boost numbers include, offering new services such as writing classes and having longer opening hours.
