We strive to provide high quality education and support to our students in fulfilling their academic potential and becoming thinking, questioning and caring members of society. We are a diverse and vibrant college and we are proud of the success and achievements of our students and staff.
At the heart of our culture and ethos is our commitment to being a responsive, innovative and forward-thinking College and a thriving learning community. In order to realise this commitment in our day-to-day work, we have developed a framework of Compassionate Education, a concept which embraces high expectations and inclusive practice, seeks to apply the principles of equity, diversity and belonging in all we do, promotes the importance of positive mental health and wellbeing for all and advances our ambition to be an anti-racist organisation.
We are presently seeking to recruit an exceptional Programme Manager to lead our Education, Leisure and Wellbeing team. In this rewarding role you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the numerous achievements within this outstanding programme area. You will also be a key member of the wider college’s management team, contributing to improvements and successes within your own area as well as other college initiatives and activities.
You should be suitably qualified to teach a relevant subject within the area and within a sixth form college. In addition, you should have excellent leadership and communication skills and a track record of sustained improvement leading to a positive impact on students’ progress. As an inspirational teacher and leader you will be committed to student-centred learning, and to raising the attainment and aspirations of our students and staff.
In return we offer a wide range of staff benefits and the opportunity to work within a thriving learning community.
