In this Tweet from Sky Sports , we hear the incredible story of Charlie Wyke, Wigan Athletic football player.

An implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD), can be used to re-establish normal heart rhythms. Learn more in the video below (Charlie has a subcutaneous - below the skin- ICD, rather than type shown in this video, but it works in the same way).
