Australian wildfires could become “normal”

After weeks of news stories about the scale and devastation of the fires in Australia, Scientists are now saying that events as large as this could become “normal” in the future where the world’s average temperature increases by 3 degrees.
Despite the fact that recent fires have been amplified by weather patterns over Australia, there is still an obvious link between climate change and fire related weather. Hotter and drier weather over the country will become the norm and the recent fires are evidence of potential future events if we as a world are unable to stabilise the climate.
