A short video below with another example of the sort of high tech products that come out of the US. I´ve blogged before on American manufacturings´ shifting comparative advantage away from low skilled low tech output to goods that require higher level skill sets (most recently here) and Corning glassmakers are a US company who manage to compete globally in a highly specialised industry.
