Ed Conway and the team at Sky have produced this brilliant piece of in-depth journalism that articulates the structural problems and myriad failures of the water and sewage system in the UK. It is a complex story of market failure, regulatory and government failure which afflicts the quality of life of millions throughout the UK. To resolve it would require infrastructure investment and disruption on a scale that is barely imaginable.
