This BBC clip is interesting in looking at the different way of doing business in Vietnam - and the fact that much of Vietnam's corporate sector is still under state control. Vietnam is reforming but the process hasn't been easy. This clip looks at how state sector firms have been restricted by regulation and how they've been able to cope, even though there's little evidence of central government releasing its grip on the economy.
