Timetric: Income per capita over the (very) long run!

A wonderful chart showing the long run path of GDP per capita for the USA, Africa, Western Europe and Asia at constant 1990 prices. The sweep of this data makes for a terrific discussion in the classroom. So too does the second chart which tracks UK population and per capita GDP (measured in US dollars at constant 1990 prices)
