Barry Eichengreen, Professor of Economics and Political Science, University of California, Berkeley is on superb form in this special piece on lessons from the crisis for the Economics profession. A stunning piece of writing that captures some of the scholarly work in Economics that does have something tangible and important to say about the lessons from the financial and economic crisis.
