Tonight’s Panorama episode would be ideal for a lesson on how the government can intervene with demerit goods. Will a fat tax successfully reduce the consumption of junk food? I would advise downloading the video off iplayer, allowing you to show it in class for up to 30 days. It should be available to download from tomorrow.
