Sun Online Drops their Paywall

Here is an interesting reversal in the pricing strategy for the Sun Online - it appears that they are scrapping their pay wall and making their basic news content free online - although some of their specialist services such as Club Dream Team will continue to operate on a subscription basis. Perhaps they are targeting the success of the Mail Online - undoubtedly one of the world's biggest news websites which generates more than £1 million per week in advertising revenue.
