Romania say no to witch tax

Live in Romania? Want to avoid taxes? There is only one option…become a witch! According to this article, politicians are too worried about being cursed to tax witches and fortune tellers, despite the country facing a severe economic downturn. The government have increased VAT by 5% and slashed public sector pay by a quarter. Are there any downsides to this strategy?
