Outward Migration from India - Brain Drain or Brain Deposit?

Geoff Riley

8th November 2015

To what extent is this a key barrier to their growth and development? Or - as Indian Prime Minister Modi has argued recently, should we accentuate the benefits of outward migration for the source country?
