Lesson Starter - photos of North Korea

I used these photos as a starter for a lesson on economic systems. They show North Korea’s 65th anniversary of the founding of its ruling Workers’ Party, and to introduce heir apparent Kim Jong Un to the North Korean people and the world. It brings back memories of the old USSR and how they used to displayed their might to the west. Click here to go to the site. Some great photos especially the last one of dad looking at son.
