Handle with care! A great behavioural nudge

Handle with care! A bike manufacturer wanted to drastically lower the number of shipments arriving to customers damaged because of mis-handling. Their insight was to remind themselves that flat-screen TVs nearly always come out of their box in mint condition - so a simple behavioural nudge was applied! Read about it here.
