A weekend hat tip to John Richards for flagging up a couple of things from the recent editions of the Guardian:

First, a useful feature called Data Blog ‘Facts are sacred’ looking at Unemployment, GDP, Inflation and Public Debt

There is also a World Government Data link at the bottom of this link with some very interesting/unusual data of use to economists.
