Which protein-rich foods contribute the most to climate change?

Using the OurWorldinData chart, answer the following questions:

  1. Compare the average CO2 emissions of the top three contributors with the average of the lowest three contributors.
  2. How much tofu can be consumed on average to emit the same CO2 as consuming 100g of protein from beef?
