BT offers holidays for pay cuts

Following in British Airway’s footsteps, BT is looking for creative ways of reducing its costs without causing redundancies. Staff can take an up front payment of 25% of their salary if they take the whole year off. Pupils could debate whether they would take the offer. Use this article, which asks would you work for nothing, from the BBC to aid the discussion.
