Bellwork- News articles on market failure/Labour market failure

My weekly read of papers normally gives me enough material for "bellwork" (See Lord Sutch's business blog). I have adapted my articles this week to use smaller ones (less reading) with a focus on the dreaded "comment" q's. I have attached my starter which can be adapted easily. In past I have got students to peer mark their responses or asked students to work on responses in groups with a prize for best comment.The sun provided me with my favourite based on insurance payouts !Bellwork- market failure in the news
