AS Macro: Eight Chart Assignment on the UK Economy

There is a copy below of an assignment I am setting for my AS macro students when we gather for the start of a new term. There are eight macro charts to discuss in this assignment. In each case, pick out two important features of the data and write a brief commentary on why you think the data is significant in the context of the challenges facing the UK economy as we enter 2013. We will collate some of the best answers and put into a final document for the notes.
