This resource is ideal as an introductory lesson or taster session for students starting their criminology course!

The resource encourages the students to begin to think like criminologists, to question some of the misconceptions they might have about criminal and deviant behaviour and to discuss their views about certain offences and the related sentences for those crimes.

The resource also provides the opportunity to introduce the role of campaigns in bringing about changes to the law and the methods that can be used in these campaigns!
