- In this session, we explore what a successful department looks like and how to achieve it. From quality of teaching, learning and assessment, embedding government strategies for education, and much more!
- In this session, we look at improving expectations, monitoring and tracking student satisfaction and performance, and how to make student interventions meaningful. We also explore how to make the most of target setting and how to ensure consistency within a department.
- In this session, we explore how to review and self assess your department, identify key priorities and areas for improvement, and how to make progress.
- Spend time with your subject specialist host, and explore a range of activities, assessments and engaging ways to build student skills.
