  • In this session, we explore what a successful department looks like and how to achieve it—from quality of teaching, learning and assessment, curriculum planning, embedding government strategies for education, inclusion, and more.

  • In this session, we review key decisions in assessment cycles, the quality of assessments, and improving performance.

  • In this session, we review and self-assess your department, identify key priorities and areas for improvement, and discuss how to make progress. We also explore ways to increase collaboration in teams, reduce workload, and maximise student skills.
