Last updated 15 Nov 2023
Here's an amazing teaching activity for motivation that is also a big hit a open evenings!
A cup of motivation is a kinaesthetic activity that can be used to enhance the teaching and learning of key motivational theorists, Abraham Maslow and Frederick Herzberg.
The activity involves the use of plastic cups (and sticky labels) to physically form Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as well as Herzberg’s two factor theory.
Give it a try!
