ABOUT THIS SIMULATION

Students become HR Director for BeachBusters, a large coastal music festival needing over 1,000 temporary staff. They balance the priorities of creative director Mel O’Dee and finance director Bud Gett while making decisions on recruitment, contracts, training, engagement and retention. The gameplay shows how workforce planning affects service quality and costs.
